Hotel Policy

Credit Cards Accepted:
American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 24 hours before arrival to avoid charges.

No Show Policy:
In case of a No Show, a one night fee will be charged.

Extra person Policy:
We accept only 1 extra person per room, with a $300.00 Mexican pesos charge.

Kids Policy:
For the double occupation of the villa, 10 years old children or older are charged as an adult. Take advantage of our full occupancy of 6 or 8 without considering the age of the people.

Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.

Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will receive free transportation to the new hotel.

The guest shall be able to make at least one phone call to home or office.
