It requires a deposit for the mínimum of 50% on one night stay. The limit time to make the deposit and send the voucher to the hotel is the same day.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancel 10 days before arrival date to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
In case of a No Show, a one night charge will apply.
Extra person Policy:
Every extra person will be calculated with base on the occupation table (triple, quadruple, etc.).
Kids Policy:
10 years old children or older count as an adult for the case of double occupation. Use our full occupation rates of 6 or 8 without considering for the age of the people.

No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
